Entering & Scoring
Entering the Challenge is relatively easy, all you have to do is enter one or more of the events in the championship on a bike over 600cc (the actual capacity limit, in both classes, is over 575cc), a doddle eh? When you roll up to sign on at the event, the event organisers will give you a sticker for your bike, like this*:-
We will collect your results and post the challenge standings on this website, and awards will be presented at a do at the end of the year.
Scoring
For 2008, a slight change in scoring, the placing points have been doubled, with a point for 4th added.
This is to spread competitors out a bit, the points totals had too many tied places most of last year!
1 pt for starting
1 pt for each special finish
1 pt 4th place in the challenge capacity class
2 pt 3rd place in the challenge capacity class
4 pts 2nd place in the challenge capacity class
6 pts 1st place in the challenge capacity class
Dyfi rally
double placing points, because it's really tough!
